Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge Glows at Wedding in Switzerland

The Duchess of Cambridge looked as elegant as ever this weekend as she attended the wedding of friends Laura Bechtolsheimer and Mark Tomlinson this weekend in Arosa, Switzerland.  She sported high heels and a brown hat by James Lock, along with a neutral beige fur-trimmed overcoat that concealed her baby bump.  Underneath, she wore a Max Mara dress according to People. HRH Catherine Stuns in a Vintage Amanda Wakeley Gown

HRH Catherine, aka Kate Middleton, was stunning in a vintage Amanda Wakeley gown in her first solo appearance as a royal last night. She was representing the royal family at the charity event In Kind Direct at Clarence House in London.  She was glamorous in an off-white vintage Amanda Wakeley dress.

According to ABC News, the Duchess stepped in at the last minute to cover duties that had been planned for her father-in-law, Prince Charles.  He had flown to Riyadh to offer condolences to the Saudi royal family following the death of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.

 There was a bit of a hubaloo on the web today about a scar on the left side of Catherine's head, above her temple, that was revealed in a close-up photo

A spokesperson from St. James Palace said that the scar was the result of a "very serious operation" the Duchess of Cambridge had as a child, but would not reveal more, citing Catherine's privacy.
All scars aside, HRH Catherine looked lovely!

Kate and Pippa Middleton on a Stroll on the Beach!

Kate and Pippa Middleton, and Pippa's boyfriend, Alex Loudon, went for a relaxing stroll around Llannddwyn Island on Saturday.  The scenic spot was in a nature reserve near Kate's home in North Wales.  Kate wore her wellies, jeans and a cowl neck pink sweater.

Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, met with the police force as they arrived at the Summerfield Community Centre on August 19th, 2011 in Birmingham, England.  They were in the heart of one area affected by the riots the prior week.  She wore a £580 pencil skirt and £795 blouse, both with gold button detailing, from Alexander McQueen's current collection and blue Prada pumps.

Kate Middleton Recycles Again! Wears Champagne Embroidered Coat from 2006 to Zara Phillips Wedding

Today was the wedding of Britain's Zara Phillips, the granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II to longtime love British rugby star, Mike Tindall.   The wedding took place at Canongate Kirk in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore an elegant, embroidered, champagne colored coat with a spectacular tilted hat with flowers and nude pumps.  She wore the same coat to the 2006 wedding of Laura Parker Bowles and Harry Lopez in 2006.  Today, in keeping with her desire to remain understated and low-key, the Duchess recycled her second outfit in a row.  We reported early yesterday that she was wearing the same green Diane von Furstenberg Maja dress to the post-rehearsal celebration aboard the Royal Yacht Brittania that she had worn during her Canadian tour.

Royals Gathering on the Royal Yacht Britannia for Zara Phillips Wedding Celebration - Kate Middleton Spotted Boarding

Prince William's cousin, Zara Phillips (age 30), is marrying rugby player Mike Tindall (age 32) in Edinburgh, Scotland tomorrow at 3:00 p.m.  Zara is Queen Elizabeth's eldest grandchild.

Tonight, guests are kicking off the weekend's festivities aboard the Windsor's retired vessel, the Royal Yacht Brittania.  The vessel was retired and decommissioned in 1997 and is docked in Leith outside of Edinburgh.  This is the first sighting of the duo since their Canadian tour and People magazine reported that while in Scotland, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be called by their Scottish titles - the Earl and Countess of Strathearn.

Shown here and as reported ten minutes ago by the Daily Mirror, is Catherine and William leaving the wedding rehearsal today, which we are hearing lasted about 50 minutes.  It looks as though the Duchess might be wearing the green Diane von Furstenberg Maja dress that she wore on her Canadian tour.  Guests then headed over to the royal yacht for celebrating.

Kate Middleton Receives Sapphire & Diamond Earrings that belonged to Princess Diana

The Daily Mirror is reporting that Prince William gave Catherine a cherished pair of sapphire and diamond earrings that belonged to his mother, Princess Diana. The pair, which are similar in appearance to the engagement ring, were worn as studs frequently by Princess Diana in the 1980's and 1990's. According to their report, Prince William gave them to Kate Middleton as a gift and she had them reset as drops and she was seen wearing them recently.
