Kate Middleton Recycles Again! Wears Champagne Embroidered Coat from 2006 to Zara Phillips Wedding

Today was the wedding of Britain's Zara Phillips, the granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II to longtime love British rugby star, Mike Tindall.   The wedding took place at Canongate Kirk in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore an elegant, embroidered, champagne colored coat with a spectacular tilted hat with flowers and nude pumps.  She wore the same coat to the 2006 wedding of Laura Parker Bowles and Harry Lopez in 2006.  Today, in keeping with her desire to remain understated and low-key, the Duchess recycled her second outfit in a row.  We reported early yesterday that she was wearing the same green Diane von Furstenberg Maja dress to the post-rehearsal celebration aboard the Royal Yacht Brittania that she had worn during her Canadian tour.

Royals Gathering on the Royal Yacht Britannia for Zara Phillips Wedding Celebration - Kate Middleton Spotted Boarding

Prince William's cousin, Zara Phillips (age 30), is marrying rugby player Mike Tindall (age 32) in Edinburgh, Scotland tomorrow at 3:00 p.m.  Zara is Queen Elizabeth's eldest grandchild.

Tonight, guests are kicking off the weekend's festivities aboard the Windsor's retired vessel, the Royal Yacht Brittania.  The vessel was retired and decommissioned in 1997 and is docked in Leith outside of Edinburgh.  This is the first sighting of the duo since their Canadian tour and People magazine reported that while in Scotland, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be called by their Scottish titles - the Earl and Countess of Strathearn.

Shown here and as reported ten minutes ago by the Daily Mirror, is Catherine and William leaving the wedding rehearsal today, which we are hearing lasted about 50 minutes.  It looks as though the Duchess might be wearing the green Diane von Furstenberg Maja dress that she wore on her Canadian tour.  Guests then headed over to the royal yacht for celebrating.

Kate Middleton Receives Sapphire & Diamond Earrings that belonged to Princess Diana

The Daily Mirror is reporting that Prince William gave Catherine a cherished pair of sapphire and diamond earrings that belonged to his mother, Princess Diana. The pair, which are similar in appearance to the engagement ring, were worn as studs frequently by Princess Diana in the 1980's and 1990's. According to their report, Prince William gave them to Kate Middleton as a gift and she had them reset as drops and she was seen wearing them recently.
